I want to do a unbalanced two-way ANOVA. In my dataset, I have 3 conditions and 2 groups (HC ans SZ). How do I do this? I am interested in finding both individual group effects and effects due to the interaction between condition and group.
Unbalanced in the sense that the two groups have a different number of subjects? Use 3dMVM.
