Uber_subject.py for several subjects

Hi there,

So I understand how to perform uber_subject.py for one subject but I’m wondering how I can now do it for a group of subjects?

Let’s say I have subject 1…100 and I want to preprocess all of them with uber_subjects.py. How can I do that?

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks for your time.

It is meant to help set things up. But you can re-run uber_subject for a single subject, modify the subject or group ID, and then run that as a new subject.

To do this, from above the subject_results directory, say, try something like:

tcsh subject_results/group.ggg/subj.sss/.orig.cmd.usubj.sss
(where ggg and sss are the group and subject IDs)

This should populate the uber_subject.py GUI as was done for that subject. But don’t run it. Instead modify the group/subject IDs and load new data and timing files.

Does that seem reasonable?
