Structuring stimulus timing files when using -stim_times_AM2 in 3dDeconvolve

Hello,

I am trying to perform duration and amplitude modulation together, and according the the 3dDeconvolve help file, the best option for this is the -stim_times_AM2 option. My main question is in relation to the ordering of the stim_times files when I specify this part of the 3dDeconvolve command:

-stim_times_AM2 1 Timing_Files/Cond1.txt ‘dmBLOCK(1)’ -stim_label 1 Cond1
-stim_times_AM2 2 Timing_Files/Cond2.txt ‘dmBLOCK(1)’ -stim_label 2 Cond2 \

Assuming I have 6 runs, should my Cond1_timing.txt file look something like this (where I have the onset times of the stimuli and their corresponding durations)?
10.15:16.78 90.12:19.79 116.94:22.43 173.97:7.11 219.81:4.58 231.41:1.58 286.55:11.17 304.75:17.96

Hi Dan,

These look like duration modulated event times, but I don’t see
any amplitude modulation parameters. If the first event had an
AM parameter attached, it might look something like

10.15*1.83:16.78

Do you have AM parameters in some other file?
