@SSwarper error: unable to find netpbm

Hello,
I am trying to use @SSwarper, and the program works fine except for the generation of the .jpg images for visual inspection. I have downloaded and installed netpbm11, and it is in the path in which afni is located. I have also tried explicitly adding the netpbm directory to the path, but that hasn’t helped either. Here is the error message:

** ERROR: pnmscale – not found in path – @snapshot_volreg fails
** WARNING: this script cannot run without installing package netpbm11
** ERROR: pnmscale – not found in path – @snapshot_volreg fails
** WARNING: this script cannot run without installing package netpbm11

Any help would be appreciated,

Hi, Nick-

Hmm, OK. What OS are you using (Ubuntu, Mac, …)? And better yet, what is the output of:


afni_system_check.py -check_all

I will guess you are on a Mac, if you had to install netpbm separately. If that is the case, is this:

what you followed to install it? NB: you shouldn’t have to add anything to the path, I don’t believe.
