AFNI version info (afni -ver): 25.1.08
I was trying to run RBA and would get this error near the end of the run: Error in plot.new() : figure margins too large
Calls: plotPDP -> plot -> plot.density -> plot.default -> plot.new
Execution halted
I reverted to AFNI 24.1.02 (the version we ran the last time RBA worked for us) and it ran without issue.
Just wanted to let you know in case this is needs addressing.
