Proc.py Error

Dear AFNI experts,

I had the below error while running resting state proc py (example 11 using Freesurfer).

3dTproject -polort 3 -prefix rm.det_pcin_r01 -censor rm.censor.r01.1D -cenmode KILL -input pb02.subj.time1.r01.volreg+tlrc
++ 3dTproject: AFNI version=AFNI_18.2.15 (Aug 28 2018) [64-bit]
++ Authored by: Cox the Algebraic (Linear)
++ input time points = 176 ; censored = 176 ; remaining = 0
** FATAL ERROR: only 0 points left after censoring – cannot continue (need at least 9)
** Program compile date = Aug 28 2018

I am not sure what caused this error. Could you please let me know?

Thank you in advance for your help,
Jun

Hi Jun,

According to that, your entire time series was censored due to motion. That is a little peculiar.

If you have an enorm file in the results directory (try: ls enorm), would you please mail it to me?

Also, would you please post your afni_proc.py command, or mail that as well?

Hi Rick,

Sorry for the belated update. My coworker suggested trying alignment of anatomical and epi images and rerun the proc py which worked. Thank you so much for your help.
