Is there a way to calculate the number of filter regressors (passband or stopband option) created by 3dTproject before running it?
See the text output from running 3dTproject, something like:
“++ 397 retained time points MINUS 331 regressors ==> 66 D.O.F. left”
Note that when using afni_proc.py and including band passing, it uses 1dBport to create actual regressors for that, which are then passed to 3dTproject. This gives an accurate accounting.
