Multiple Comparison Correction in 3dLME?

Hello, are there any options for multiple comparison correction using 3dLME (like the -Clustsim option in 3dttest++)?

One conventional approach is to use 3dFWHMx -acf to otain the autocorrelation function estimates based on the residuals at the individual or group level, and then feed them into 3dClustSim -acf to to determine cluster size threshold.

You use the output from the option -resid in 3dLME or the residuals from individual subject analysis (e.g., 3dREMLfit) as input for 3dFWHMx -acf.
