Hi,

How to get the centre of hand drawn surface ROIs?

I keep meaning to find an easier way to do this, but my workflow is to usually run:

ROI2dataset[/url] followed by [url=https://afni.nimh.nih.gov/pub/dist/doc/program_help/SurfClust.html]SurfClust, which will output the center x, y, z.
