Hello,
I’d like to ask about the SUMA GUI. When I map my result, the node colors look different depending on whether they’re on a sulcus or a gyrus, even though their values are the same.
I think this is related to the Dim (dimming factor) value in SUMA — the default is 0.8.
If I want to use the same color for the same values on both sulci and gyri, should I just set the “Dim” factor to 1.0?

Hi Nori,
The sulcal contour shading will add a darkness that shows through, depending on the opacity (Opa). Use 'b' to turn off the background shading.
