AFNI version info (afni -ver 22.2.10):
Hi, everyone.
I need to know how to add new Atlas (Glasser extended version HCPex) in AFNI,
I did the following steps:
1- My new atlas is in .nii.gz format ( I put it in ~/abin directory)
2- Add information of new atlas in "AFNI_atlas_spaces.niml" file
3-restart my AFNI,
but didn't see my new atlas when drawing new ROI's.
