Hello all,
I know that SPM, as well as some other analysis programs, will not analysis a particular voxel at the group level unless all participants have data in that voxel. How does afni handle this issue? I have a signal dropout issue in a dataset because the encoding direction was set up incorrectly for a few months across all projects before it was switched, so our sample is split between two encoding settings and I don’t want to drop 100s of voxels near the sinuses.
