Hello AFNI community,
I am currently working on macaque fMRI data analysis. The quality of T1 images after injecting MION is bad, as a result, I'd like to use a high-quality structural image from a different day when MION was not injected.
I have registered the high-quality T1 image to the NMT template using @animal_warper. Now, I need to (1)registration of EPI data to the T1 image from the same day (2)registration of the T1 image from the same day to the high-quality T1 image (3)registration of the high-quality T1 image to the template.
I've previously mentioned the anat-to-anat method on ‘sscc/dglen/alignmentacross2sessions’ but I'm curious if it's possible to integrate this workflow into afni_proc.py?
