I have installed AFNI via homebrew. I have DICOM images. Kindly guide how to command AFNI to open view that folder and open files. I am using it for first time. Thanks in advance.
My system is Mac OS 27.0

Welcome, and there are a few good places to start getting information:
- The AFNI Academy YouTube channel has many "how-to" videos on various topics, from data visualization to processing to analysis, interpretation and results reporting
- The main AFNI Website contains documentation and tutorials, including this Starting with AFNI overview.
- Two different form of overviews of AFNI programs are provided here, including listings of programs classified per topic.
- For example, if you search for "dicom" on that classified topics page, it takes you to a relevant section on DICOM info and conversion; I think
dcm2niix_afnimight be the most useful starting point for you.

All of that is searchable, which should help finding entry points, and then of course the Message Board exists for further questions.
