I am currently using AFNI (25.1.08) and SUMA for surface-based analysis at the subject level. I am seeking guidance on how to extract the coordinates and statistical results for each node in my analysis.
Could you please provide instructions or point me to the relevant resources for performing this extraction? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
