Dear experts,
I have some preliminary data for 2 patients where they completed pre/post resting state fMRI scans. I've processed them according to this blog (https://brainhack-princeton.github.io/handbook/content_pages/05-07-funcConn.html), specifically running 3DNetCorr 4 times to generate correlation matrices with the Left/Right precentral gyrus and postcentral gyrus (4 ROIs).
I know want to compare the outputs (baseline vs follow up), ideally with a two sample t test to see if there are any areas of the brain where connectivity has changed over time.
I think I could do this using the InstaCalc option in AFNI, but I'm a bit overwhelmed by the options and how to use it.
Would this be the right way to go? If so, I'll troubleshoot it some more, but if there is a better option I thought I would ask before slogging away.
Thanks in advance,
Devin
