Brain grows horn after @SSwarper

Hi experts,

I am using @SSwarper and afni_proc.py to preprocess the data. The T1 of 3 participants (out of 106) distort after @SSwarper. Some gyrus somehow go outside of the brain shape... like a horn. I don't know how to fix them. Could you give some advice? Thanks a lot!

The figures are as follows.

#1 The anatQQ:

The QC figures of the first participant

#2 The anatQQ of F085:

The QC figures of @SSwarper of F085
QC_anatQQ

QC_anatSS

#3 The anatQQ of F101:

The QC figures of @SSwarper of F101

The code:

@SSwarper \
	-input "$i".T1.padded180.nii \
	-base TT_N27_SSW.nii.gz \
    -subid  "$i" \
    -deoblique \
	-SSopt -push_to_edge
