New functionality in the APQC HTML (ver: AFNI_25.0.09)
In APQC HTMLs made with this new version of AFNI and onwards, you will be able to have all HTML pages that were opened with a single instance of open_apqc.py -infiles ... jump to the same spot, by double-clicking on the top-row label:
Note that this functionality has existed for a long time, in terms of the gold text throughout the HTML.
This helps with QC'ing the same item across many subjects. This is a really efficient way to QC things, esp. the alignment and vstat items.
