Hello AFNI experts,I have recently started experimenting with afni.
The experiment design is three-way within-subject (repeated-mearsures) ANOVA analysis. There have three factors with 12(2x2x3) conditions. I watched the ANOVAm.pdf, it conclude 3danova,3danova2,3danova3 to analysis two-way within-subject (repeated-measures), but I am still confused about it. Which function shoud I used to analysis the three-way within-subject (repeated-mearsures)?
