Hi team, is there a recommended pipeline for preparing a multi-voxel pattern analysis of a task? I searched the afni_proc.py help page but didn’t find resources there. I found this resource https://www.brown.edu/carney/mri/researchers/analysis-pipelines/mvpa for an afni pipeline but wanted to ask here, too.
