What sort of filter does 3dTproject employ for band/high/low pass filtering? I was unable to find any specifics in the documentation, and I’m looking to cite it in a publication.
Thanks,
Craig

I am interested in the same information. We are considering implementing 3dTproject in our data analysis, and knowledge of the filter type would help us a lot in our understanding before the implementation.
Thanks a lot,

It forms the sin() and cos() regressors in the rejected bands, and those are included in the matrix whose columns are to be projected out of the dataset. This method isn’t a “filter” in the sense of “Butterworth” or other time-domain FIR or IIR types of objects with which you might be familiar.
Does InstaCorr use the same method in the Bandpass option?
