3dRSFC output to nifti files?

Hello,

Is there way to produce output from 3dRSFC as nifti files instead of brick/head files?

Here is my example code:

3dRSFC -nodetrend -input bold_example.nii.gz -band 0.009 0.2 -prefix rsfc

Hmmm, no, there isn't for that program at present. Probably a -nifti option could be added.

rsfc_LFF

Is this the timeseries after it has been bandpass filtered?
