Hello,
In a previous post, I found some site differences in scan acquisitions as part of our two-site study. I was interested in looking at main contrasts of interest by site, but what I inserted here doesn't seem to show any differences. The output when pulled into AFNI gui is exactly the same for each contrast at each site.

- I thought this was equal to the number of main contrasts, but the 3dMVM I see more than the written number of tests? So just a bit confused? In example 1, I see only 4 t-tests, but it lists 14...

- Also, when I run my final second level contrast in AFNI - I am putting in what I think is the coefficient or beta output in the OLAY and the t-test result in the Thr. Does this provide the results when controlling for age? Just wondering if I am doing this correctly (ignore the actual numbers as they don't correspond to the above code exactly)
- Is there a tutorial that clearly goes through 2nd level contrast in the AFNI gui or some clear explanation on what OLAY and Thr to choose (specifically some examples). I have gone through most of the training videos and looked through the AFNI discussions. I can't seem to find anywhere where anyone goes in much depth about this. It's always mentioned that it will be discussed later in more detail, but I never found the actual discussion. Just want to make sure I am doing this correctly. Examples would be really awesome to work off.
