Hello. I have started using GLM Flex and see most all published papers using it use 3dClustSim. Is there a way to use 3dLocalACF on group level analyses from GLM Flex, or should I stay with 3dClustSim? Also, given rescent papers that came out, do you think its still acceptable for publication to use an uncorrected p-value of 0.005 instead of 0.001? I kindly thank you in advance.

3dLocalACF currently cannot be used for general purpose yet. Instead try 3dClustSim with ACF estimates from ‘3FWHMx -acf’.
