3dLMEr for three within factors

Hi, all AFNI experts~
I would like to ask some questions about ‘3dLMEr’.
Based on the previous query, I chose ‘3dLMEr’ because my experimental design is a three factor within subject design, with each factor having two levels(Action(open,grasp)*Position(left,right)*Size(small,big)).

  1. First question: Am I choosing ‘3dLMEr’ correctly?
  2. Second question: If it is correct, how should I detect the main effects of each factor and the interactions between factors

Your model specification looks reasonable to me. The error may be due to an extra space at the end of this line:

More importantly, options -num_glt, -num_gltf, -gltLabel, and -glfLabel are not valid in 3dLMEr. Refer to the 3dLMEr help documentation for guidance on specifying post hoc tests. Any lines using -glfCode can be replaced with -gltCode in your case.

Lastly, ensure that the bound values of -2 and 2 are suitable for your input data.

I am quite sure that there is no more space after "(1|Position:Size:Subj) ", I browsed some of the issues on the forum, probably because my afni version needs to be updated, and it is being updated now, hoping to have a good result tomorrow

You need to add a space before the colon (:) in each line with the -gltCode option. For example, this line:

-gltCode open 'Action: 1*open' \

should be coded as:

-gltCode open 'Action : 1*open' \
