3dLME Saving Random Effects

Hello

I have a question about 3dLME functionality. I am attempting to run an analysis relating a cognitive measure to longitudinal decline in gray matter. I was hoping to run 3dLME on my MRI dataset and then save out an individual’s random slope generated for each voxel for the purpose of relating my cognitive measure to the rate of decline in gray matter in an individual by individual basis.

Is it possible to save out voxelwise random effects with 3dLME? My dataset is 22 patients with longitudinal MRI data.

Nik, it’s possible to add such a functionality to 3dLME, but I may have to ask for testing dataset if that’s fine with you.

Sure that sounds good thanks! How should I get you the dataset? We have MRI images in dicom or nifti format.
