3dLME missing data

Hello,

I have a question regarding missing data and 3dLME.

Can 3dLME handle missing data in the case where a subject may have a beta coefficient, but a missing behavioral measure covariate, and vice versa?

Thanks.

Michael

No, it cannot.

No, it cannot.

Thanks.

  1. Is there a possible workaround to achieve something like it?

  2. Can 3dLME handle 2 continuous within-subject variables (qvars) as covariates?

Thanks again.

I don’t see any valid solution unless you can come up with some guess about the missing behavioral data.

Yes, there is no limit on the number of variables as long as you have enough amount of data for the model.
