Looking at the help page for 3dClust -1clip, it says that -1clip x is setting a threshold where values >x or <-x will be ignored. Is there a way to to make it so the threshold only affects positive values (>x) ?
Thanks.

It might be most simple to add the -noneg option.
Thanks. That eluded me for some reason.
One more quick question. If I use the -NNx option, the help page says i no longer put a vmul option. However, how would I now go about telling 3dclust to ignore clusters that are smaller than X voxels now ?
Thanks.
Would I just not use the -NN1 option and just go back to the old way of defining clusters?
I have not played around with the new -NN options, but I see
what you mean. Sure, especially if you would want -NN1,
that should be the same as -dxyz=1 and using 1 for a radius,
as is done in some of the -help examples.
