where to find MNI White matter mask

Hi,
I'm using the MNI152_2009_template_SSW.nii.gz and I saw it contains a gray matter mask, but where can I find a MNI white matter mask?

Thanks in advance,

Inés

Hi, Inés-

If you run this command, you can download the results of running FreeSurfer's recon-all and AFNI's @SUMA_Make_Spec_FS on the same MNI152_2009 volume:

curl -O https://afni.nimh.nih.gov/pub/dist/tgz/suma_MNI152_2009.tgz

That will have a WM parcellation in it. One file that will have it parcellated into sub-regions is *_REN_wmat.nii.gz, as described
here. There is also the fs_ap_wm.nii.gz, which is a WM mask (described in same link). There is also wm.nii.gz and wm.seg.nii.gz, from FS directly.
