prefix-[1] is F-statistic, and prefix_[0] is the mean squared sum of the numerator for the F-statistic. You can pretty much ignore prefix_[0].

The 2nd sub-brick is the corresponding FDR q-value for the first sub-brick. Alternatively you can use
3drefit -addFDR -FDRmask …
to store the FDR information in the header so that the FDR q-value can be displayed underneath the threshold slider bar.
