What is the different between the 2 sub-brik datasets in 3dANOVA3?

I have question about the output of 3dANOVA3.

In 3dANOVA3, [-fa prefix] generates 2 sub-brik datasets, i.e. prefix_[0] and prefix-[1]. What is the different between these two datasets, like which one is F-score and what is the other one?

Similarly, what are the 2 sub-briks generated by 3dFDR using the datasets output from 3dANOVA3?

Thanks.

prefix-[1] is F-statistic, and prefix_[0] is the mean squared sum of the numerator for the F-statistic. You can pretty much ignore prefix_[0].

The 2nd sub-brick is the corresponding FDR q-value for the first sub-brick. Alternatively you can use

3drefit -addFDR -FDRmask …

to store the FDR information in the header so that the FDR q-value can be displayed underneath the threshold slider bar.
