I am new to AFNI and would like to know what FDR algorithm is used. I understand there are several different approaches:
Benjamin and Hochberg
Benjamin and Yekutieli
Benjamin, Krieger and Yekutieli
Storey
What is the correct citation for the FDR algorithm implemented in AFNI.
