Dear AFNI experts,
I was wondering what is the best way to run 3dDeconvolve with an empirically derived HRF (e.g., double gamma with individual parameters)? I was considering two options: (1) create regressors with waver and pass them to 3dDeconvolve (using stim_file) or (2) using 3dDeconvolve’s -EXPR option. But maybe that’s not the right/ideal way to do it?

Both of your approaches seem to be fine if you can achieve what you’re looking for with them.
