Can I enter my own standard T1 template instead of the standard MNI152 into uber_subj.py?
Yes, you should be able to enter a different dataset or a path to one in that field.
EDIT: unless a -copy_files option gets inserted, use a full path in this field, since it is accessed from a sub-directory.
