TT_N27 versus TT_N27_SSW

Dear Colleagues,

Hi. What is the difference between TT_N27+tlrc.HEAD and TT_N27_SSW.nii.gz? Is it not the case that TT_N27+tlrc.HEAD is already skull stripped and warped?

Sincerely,

Dante

The SSW version is prepared for use with @SSwarper. There are five volumes in the SSW dataset that are used in that alignment and skullstripping program. In this case, the first volume is the same as the TT_N27 dataset.
