Hello,
I am trying to complete my cluster analysis with the following command line:
3dmerge -prefix Cat001 -1thresh 3.7 -1dindex 2 -1tindex 3 -1clust 2 150 -1lerode 50 -1dialate anova_output_filename
When I utilize this, I get an error that says the following : “cannot open data -prefix”. I have checked all of the dashes, etc. to ensure that they are correct.

Can I ask what you are need to use 3dmerge for, with your cluster analysis? Can you give a bit more information about the previous step(s) and what you are aiming to do following this step?
