AFNI version info (AFNI_22.1.07):
I am having trouble using 3dSkullstrip in afni version (22.1.07) on my linux machine (linux_centos_7_64). The program crashes after running a bash script at the following command line:
3dSkullStrip -input ${FLASH} -prefix ${FLASH}_ns
where FLASH is defined as my anatomical scan.
I would appreciate any help to solve this problem. Thanks!
