Surface correction?

Hello!

I’m trying to correct surface data for multiple comparisons and wondering if the -etac option of 3dttest++ is supposed to work on surface datasets?
I’m a bit reluctant to use the slow-surf_clustim.py program at this point because it does not have the new options of 3dsurfclust… But not sure how else to proceed?

Would you recommend conducting group analyses in the volume, correcting in the volume then exporting the results to SUMA instead? I’ve been running my group analyses for years in the surface…

Any advice on how to proceed to correct surface data would be very much appreciated!

Thanks!
Pascale

Hi Pascale,

Unfortunately, we have not implemented such things on the surface yet. But using a strict uncorrected p-value, preferably no larger than 0.001, goes a long way.
