I already have a bunch of processed surfaces and mapped dsets but all are in native space. Is there an easy way to align this to an MNI template? I can also start again and first do the alignment and then process everything again with FreeSurfer and @SUMA_Make_Spec_FS -NIFTI and so on but that would probably take a few days.
AFNI/SUMA creates standardized meshes. So, by default you can display your results (niml.dsets?) on any mesh. Therefore, you can load up one of the pre-made MNI meshes (e.g., available here: https://afni.nimh.nih.gov/pub/dist/tgz/suma_MNI152_2009.tgz) as the “underlying” mesh, and display your results there.
huh I thought I tried that and got an error… but it works! Thanks!
