AFNI team,
Hi, I have a problem using suma, I want to know how to use suma to picture the 3d+time image on orignal template, maybe I need to write a new mesh file, however, I don’t know how to do that. I am just doing it in tlrc space.
Looking forward to your professional reply!
I think we might need a little more information about what you have tried, and what you are trying to do.
If you have processed your data with afni_proc.py, there should be a “run_suma” script in the *.results/ directory of outputs; you can run it with:
tcsh run_suma
or just open the text file and view how suma can be used to open a surface.
Then you can open a surface controller (hit “ctrl + s”), and in the lower left part of the panel, there should be a button “load dset”-- select which *.niml.dset you want to view, which can be a time series. When the time series is loaded, you can hit the “g” key to open a graph window of the time series.
That is a generic start, but if you have more details, then that would be useful.
OK ,thanks for your reply. I also want to know how to open the suma on orignal template space, because we need TT_N27+tlrc when we open the suma, now I want to open the suma on orignal template space that means I need not the TT_N27+tlrc,so how to do it?
