I have a simple question that I can’t seem to find a clear answer to online or in any documentation: is @SUMA_Make_Spec_FS generating standard meshes using freesurfer’s template-registered surfaces (sphere.reg) and if it isn’t, is there a way to force suma to use those?

Hi Angela,
Yes, I believe sphere.reg is the default “-morph” surface
used in MapIcosahedron, called by @SUMA_Make_Spec_FS.
