Hello everyone,
I have a subject with what seems to be strange artifacts in each output from SSwarper. Attached is a screenshot of the AnatSS output along with the original mprage.nii.gz file that was used as input for SSwarper. It seems that the skull stripping is having issues with the eyeballs?
The version of AFNI that I am using is AFNI_18.1.26.
