SSwarper base volumes

Hi !

I am using SSwarper for anatomical preprocessing. It looks like the links provided in the SSwarper base volumes webpage for the three templates are broken.

SSwarper base volumes webpage: https://afni.nimh.nih.gov/pub/dist/doc/htmldoc/template_atlas/sswarper_base.html

MNI152_2009_template_SSW (link not working) : https://afni.nimh.nih.gov/pub/dist/atlases/current/MNI152_2009_template_SSW.nii.gz

TT_N27_SSW (link not working) : https://afni.nimh.nih.gov/pub/dist/atlases/current/TT_N27_SSW.nii.gz

I was also wondering if someone can tell me which paper should I cite when I use SSwarper-MNI152_2009_template_SSW ?

Thanks in advance !

Hi, Sahithyan-

Ah, thanks for pointing that out. I have just updated those links in the documentation here:
https://afni.nimh.nih.gov/pub/dist/doc/htmldoc/template_atlas/sswarper_base.html#reference-templates-for-sswarper
Please let us know if that doesn’t work.

For citing, we usually just cite the workhorse nonlinear warping program at the heart of @SSwarper, which is 3dQwarp, whose citation is:
Cox RW, Glen DR (2013). Nonlinear warping in AFNI. Presented at the 19th Annual Meeting of the Organization for Human Brain Mapping.
https://afni.nimh.nih.gov/pub/dist/HBM2013/Cox_Poster_HBM2013.pdf
E.g., “@SSwarper was used for both skullstripping the anatomical and estimating its nonlinear alignment to template space (via AFNI’s 3dQwarp (Cox and Glen, 2013)).”

Thank you for updating the links in the documentation. The links work now.

And thanks for the reference on nonlinear warping in AFNI.
