Hello, we would like to broadly compare SNR performance in T1 and functional data between 2 coils (birdcage and surface coils), but the surface coils require bias field correction first. We were thinking of calculating static SNR for the T1s and tSNR for the functional data, but are uncertain how to do this, or if this is really the best way to compare the coils imaging performance in AFNI. Any insight or advice would be appreciated!
