Hmm, I see "Program compile date of 2015" there. Just to be sure, what is the output of:

afni -ver

?

Also, was this part of a larger command, such as an afni_proc.py command? If so, could you please post that, too.

Yes, this was part of a larger command. Please check below command, I have run one more time and again script was stopped with below message:

++ THD_rename_dataset_files: rename __ats_tmp__reg_warpdriveout+orig.BRIK -> __ats_tmp__reg_warpdriveout_NoConvergence+orig.BRIK
++ 3dWarpDrive: AFNI version=AFNI_23.2.02 (Jul 28 2023) [64-bit]
