ROI analysis and multiple comparison correction

My colleague and I met a naive question on ROI analysis. Should we do the multiple-comparison correction, if so, how should we do?

One said that we did “a lot of” correlation analysis among ROIs, and ROI activation with
behavior measurements, hence the multiple correlation correction is needed.

How exactly did you conduct the group analysis for each of the 4 ROIs after estimating HDRs?
