RETROICOR, resting state data using pulse ox.

Hi! I am looking for assistance with correction for physiological
motion effects, specifically using a pulse ox data file instead of a cardiac data file.
We have collected respiration and pulse ox data; our output creates a *RRFtr_CRFtr.1D file.
Can we use this file instead of the *.slibase.1D file?
If not, what options do we have?
Please advise!

To clarify, our pulse ox output is in BPM which we have converted into the cardiac response function.
Can we use BPM instead of ECG in afni_proc.py RETROICOR?

Does that file contain a single regressor, multiple regressors,
or multiple regressors per slice?
