Repeated ANOVA

Hi experts,

I have a dataset with twenty subjects. Each subject was scan three times.
How to apply the repeated ANOVA analysis in the three different time point data?

If you have a balanced design, you could use 3dANOVA2[/url] or [url=https://afni.nimh.nih.gov/afni/doc/help/3dANOVA3.html]3dANOVA3[/url]. If you have an unbalanced design or need to use covariates, you can use [url=https://afni.nimh.nih.gov/pub/dist/doc/program_help/3dMVM.html]3dMVM[/url].
