Question about ENIGMA resting state fMRI processing pipeline

Dear AFNI experts,

If you have experiences in ENIGMA resting state fMRI processing pipeline (NITRC: ENIGMA resting state fMRI processing pipeline: Tool/Resource Info), may I know whether you met the problem as shown in the attachment? I have successfully installed Docker on my Mac. However, it seems that there is no such a file called “run_afni_pipeline.py” in the docker container. I have little knowledge about AFNI and I am sorry for the low-level question. Thank you very much!

That script is not provided with AFNI. It appears that it should be provided in the container somewhere from the ENIGMA group. Your posting on their forum on the NITRC site would be what I would recommend. Post any updates here.
