I am trying to find the peak cluster activation from the conjunction of two fMRI language tasks. For conjunctions, usually I create a mask for each task using 3dmerge at the desired threshold then combine them using 3dcalc. However, this creates a binary mask that doesn’t tell me anything about t-stats, clusters, or other activation information. Is there any way to combine the two sub-bricks into a conjunction mask that I could then use to look for peak activation? Thank you
