Dear AFNI experts,
I am trying to run data preprocessing by AFNI. But I have a problem with smooth. I want to spatially smooth my data by non-gaussian filter. However, I didn’t find the command to conduct this analysis. I have searched the class_handouts and message board， but I didn’t found any useful massage. Could you tell me which commond to use ?

Well, what kind of filter would you like to smooth by, if you don’t want Gaussian? That leaves a large number of possible filters!
There is 3danisosmooth, as one example.

3dmerge has a number of spatial filter operation you might consider. Also 3dWinsor, 3dLocalstat and even 3dcalc can apply different kinds of spatial filters too.
